Here you can view the area of your open items (customers and vendors). The real-time display lets open items appear as soon as the invoice is issued while paid invoices are removed from the list.

In addition, you can access the respective Mid-Office document of individual items. The possibility of hiding credit card customers facilitates clearer working. Via the comment function you can create notes for open items that are accessible to all processors of the list and can be indicated in the history.

The e-mail function enables you to send a link to the respective list to the desired recipient (or group of recipients) so that further people can view or edit it. The list can be updated conveniently via a button and thus always is at the same state as the real-time accounting data.

Line item display per accounting account

The line open item display per accounting account function gives you a more accurate insight into the area of general ledger accounts, customers, and vendors. Through an alpha-numeric account search you can select the account whose position you want to look at in more detail. The item selection is another selecting possibility. You can choose between displaying all items of an account or limiting the display to the open items. Here, too the comment function facilitates internal communication.
